| Sorry to hear about the tang's sickness. I have heard of a product to treat ich that is reef safe, but I don't remember the name of it. I will try to find out... Meanwhile, closely observe that maroon clown. They have been know to be very aggressive toward other fish. How big is your moray? Is there any tank bully. Are there any other issues causing stress, like the tang not getting enough to eat? Does he have white spots on the skin, gills, eyes. ? The white spot organism can be difficult to control. The encysted stage of this parasite is resistant to most treatments and remains in the gravel of the aquarium. I think the whole aquarium needs to be treated. The antibiotic chloramin T can be used as well as copper products. If you have inverts, copper will kill them, or live rock, it will sterilize it. Good luck, and I'll try to find the name of the stuff that is reef safe and pretty effective. A quarantine tank is ideal. c-c |
