Default Good Site..

I do not know if this is aloud or not so if not take the thread odd, it really wont hurt me. But the more people talk and the more i learn I realize that we are hurting the oceans with what we do. Alot of the time what we buy comes right off the reef, and with the rate and which stuff is dying these days the last thing it needs is help. Everyone on this site cares, i know that. That is why I think we should all do out small part to help the oceans. Buying aquacultured fish and corals is very important in my eyes, and i found a site that i really like today. As i looked through it they care just like we do. They are not out to make a ton of money and from the looks of it you probably will not get a fish that was caught in an inhumane way. They do not go into the ocean and grab the corals, kill half of them, and sell the other half. They are just like us, and I think we should support that.

Welcome to Pacific East Aquaculture

Visit the site, look around and see if you can get what you are looking for on there instead of somewhere else. It looks like a really good idea, so i thought i would share.

That place is not far from, about 100 miles.I want to go up there one day this summer.I see by there add that they now drop ship live rock. That means it comes straight from the reef to your house. Now thats the way to buy the stuff.

I was curious because if it is the right part of maryland it could only have been around 3-4 hours away, and that would have been worth the curiosity on my part. However, it is 7 hours away, curiosity only pays so much for gas..lol

It looks like they are located near the Delaware border in Mardela Springs. That's about 2 hrs from me. Do you guys know if they are open to the public or are they an online store only?

I like the idea of everything aqua-cultured - save the fish/reef. The only downside is that their product cost more.

Acutally, it does not seem like everything is all that much more.
