I'm like the Missouri Boy you got to show me. I look at peoples tanks to decide how much they know. Long time healthy tanks with a good mix of corals get the expert from me. That can't just happen by accident. If I can keep mine going 2 or 3 years then I might feel safe to pat my own back. But right now I'm just getting past the beginner status in my own mind.

I used to think I was pretty smart when all I did was give advice to people that were new in the hobby. I started hanging out more In a couple local clubs on a personal level with other aquarists. I was soon humbled and now give much less advice and do more listening. The level you think you are at is all relative to who you associate with in the hobby. IMO

As far as people not responding to the survey...most people that have been in the hobby for a while stay pretty quiet about their tanks. You dont see them posting pics of every coral or addition to the tank. They wait until the tank is at its best then take some pics and that is what you normally see. This survey is no different.

OH...Nice looking reef ED!
