In the last 2 days micro bubbles are all over the top of my water.I have abubble trap for the skimmer, and I dont see any coming from my return. My tank has only been up for 2 weeks, could the bubble be apart of the cycling?

I'm no expert by a far shot but micro bubbles are usually down in the water column. Are you talking about small bubbles 1/16" or more or are they so small it is hard to see them.
If they are the first I would say you may have a film build up which you could remove with a paper towel. If it is the latter you need some one smarter then Me.
