What is best product for trace elemnts? and how much do you put in and how often?

I drip calk into my tank from my auto top off. Keeps my CAL and ALK levels consistent

I would recommend B-Ionic for beginners. It is a 2 step additive that balances calcium and alkalinity. I used it for a long time.
