everyone has their own ways of doing things, but i have a poweder blue, hippo ,and a yellow tang, and have battled ick 3 times iwth the hippo...the way i beat it, was by (and people are prob gonna say no to this but it worked for me) upping feeding, i mean if you feed 2 times a day, feed 5 times (small portions), and every feeding was dosed with garlic. also i made sure there was seaweed to eat on the clip at all times...it worked for me, but everyone is different, i dont know what part of what i did that worked, so i say do it all , could ahve been the garlic, or maybe just the fact that they were full , they were less stressed..i say give it a shot, its better then dumping medicine into your tank..good luck...
