Default clown fish nipping my feather duster

hi i am new to this site, my first post and would be very greatfull if anyone could help! so here goes.....
i have had a reef tank for around 10 months it was quite iffy and stressfull at the start due to lack of knowledge and advise for one pet shop to the next! im not 100% sure off all the of the correct names for the fish and corals but i will try my best! i have various types of mushrooms, green stripy ones, blue mushrooms a couple red, a rouck covered in hairy ones and some fury pinkish ones. i have a green button colony 2 toadstools, frogspawn coral which i call a bubble coral (small bubles tho) which is not doing to well skelengton receding a little bit, an lps and one other at this time i have no idea what it is. i have £300 of live rock
fish- yellow tang, blue tang, black clown, cleaning rass, an angel.. not sure of the name its half yellow half purple, yellow face yellow tail if that helps. a shrimp, and few crabs i have one other fish but i have no idea what it is called its long and skinny pale coloured body with purple/pink fins and tail. anyway my concern is my clown has started to nip my feather duster, its not the hardcoral feather duster it is a soft one, it has only started doing this since i have added the angel fish and the one i dont no the name of, it has not come out for a few days now and i am wondering y now is it doing it?? i have had a few issues with my parameters such as no3 rising to 20 and p04 to 0.5 at first i thought it might of been the angel fish as i didnt trust the shops advice i got it from i thought they just wanted the sale but then i saw the clown nip it, it hovers around it most of the day it is placed inside a conk shell
if anyone has any input on this i would be very greatful

Get rid of angel. Is it a dwarf angel or not. Dwarf angels are iffy and must be taken lightly in a reef tank. I would not do it since you are new.

Use SeaChem's Matrix to remove Nitrate, works magic.

Phoslock and Phosban work good. Phoslock removes almost all, phosban removes most phosphates.

Feather dusters are angels favorite. That and open brains seem to be tempting in me experience. Clowns are like 100% reef safe. But can sometimes be aggressive towards other fish.

There is a lot of controversy over fish things. not exact science. But do your best. Learn form mistakes. And take all information and put together and form your own opinions.
