| Usually, it is recommended to only keep one tang in an aquarium, although very large reef tanks may be able to handle more. Hippo tangs are sensitive fish, so I wouldn't add one for a while. Clownfish are good, hardy fish that can be in there early on. I also like 6-line wrasse, schools of chromis, and lawnmower blennies for some easier to keep fish that do well in newer tanks..
