Default Stress with little live rock

I want the Rusty Angelfish but it needs a large amount of live rock. I only have 2 live rock
(Maybe i might get anther 3rd one on saturday). Will the rusty angel fish stress out and die?

what size tank will all this be going in? any other fish in this tank? Live sand or no?

I have 1 chacalit chip star, 1 cleaner shrimp, 2 clown fish, and no, no live sand. My tank is 30 gallons also.

i would watch out for that cleaner shrimp. he may or may not get picked on by the angel. doubt it but something worth thinking about. i would get maybe 5 lbs more of LR that i think will be enough rock for him to keep occupied with.
