| Well, First how long did you acclimate it? Second what kind of lighting do you have? Also my experience with anemonies is not that grea. I kept one for a while But when I pput it in the tank it krept around and founf a spot it liked. You cant really PUT it where you want. It wil find his own spot =) Hope he didnt die and all is well.... Post and let us know.. Kim

| Anemones will move around until they find a suitable home. Even once they find them they will still move, some more so than others. I can't see what it looks like and I don't know how long your tank has been set up, or what sort of water parameters and lighting you are working with. Often a good indicator that your anemone won't make it is it will have it's mouth open wide and keep turning itself upside down. When you buy, avoid bleached ones, make sure the mouth is closed up tight, and it is adhering to something. Most often the foot is damaged and the anemone is soon to die afterwards. |
