Default cleaner wrasse

what have you all heard about cleaner wrasse? I used to have one and found it was very easy to care for, yet i read articles about how they usually only last a few weeks in captivity. what is everyone thought on this? im debating whether or not to get antother one(other jumped out of tank).

These fish never seem to last long you did well you had that guy for a good while sorry you lost him. Get another engineer instead. they do pair off and work together.

Cleaner wrasses from what I have heard mainly live off the coating of fishes. They eat the coating of fishes as well as parasites. Unfortunately most reef tanks do not have enough fish out there for the wrasse to have enough to eat hence they perish.
