I use the same site. They are really good and have a very good guarantee on live arrival.

I never see my Horseshoe crab. I get to see a exoskeleton every month so I know he is alive but that's it...

how reliable are all these sites...i dont see how is it that safe for a company to ship live animals, plus what happens if you are not home and the delivery truck comes
to they leave it outside.

well, usually, sites will ship either overnight, or 2-3 day. you just have to make sure you are home when they drop it off. if you are not home, they leave it outside the door.

if you open up the package, and things are dead, you just tell them and you get a refund.

sealife had a 5 day guarentee i believe and liveaquaria has a 14 day and a 30 day on aquacultured things.

I have better success with these sites than my LFS!!!

Yea...being in a small town in Pennsylvania we have nothing in the way of Local Fish Stored. I have one that is 25 minutes away and the rest are over an hour away in Pittsburgh so online is the direction that i am thinking about going...

I would run all sites through RB. A lot of us have had good and bad experiences with places so use what resources you have. I can tell you that Sea life Inc is amazing and has great customer service. So does Liveaquaria. A lot of these places ship with Ice packs and heat packs depending on your needs. The have arrived live guarantees as well.

i miss my horseshoe crab. talk about comedy. the things cant swim worth a crap, they bump into everything. i had mine for quite sometime before i found just the shell one day. for less than $20 they are worth it, even if they don't last that long. now a yellowheaded jawfish is really fun to watch, digging, digging, digging, then one day its like they say to themselves...damn..this huge hole just isnt big enough for me..i think i'll move someplace else and start over like a retard, and the they just keep on doing it. my long tentacle anenome does the same thing with moving around the tank.
