Default Lawnmower blenny

I am now acclimating my second lawnmower blenny, the first one didn't make it.... and I wanted to see what you all use for this fish to get it to start eating, or even if this fish needs to be enticed. I do have quite a bit of algae but really don't want to lose another fish!

Thanks in advance!
Dana

It should be eating algea but mine eats frozen brine. Mine wasnt eating anything from a clip of in my main tank so I gave in. I figured I would rather him eat brine then nothing at all.

Just out of curiousity, what's your salinity at? Mine's usually 25 or 26... the pet stores was 24, so I'm guessing that that's what killed the first one... took longer to acclimate this second one and seems to be doing better.....

Thanks!

Well, he's been in there 30 minutes and is happily feeding on some pods, I think, he's picking on the rocks and swimming around; not what the first one did so I guess all is well.
Thanks so much for you help!
