Default Nassarius Snails

I have had Nassarius Snails for ~2 months. Today I noticed a pair fighting so I went to the internet and began doing some research. On reefkeeping.com I came across a lot of surprising information. 1 they are not necessarily reef safe 2. they can carry flukes that can be transmitted to the aquariast causing infections similar to poison ivy last ~ 1 week 3. they will eat amphipods, copepods and worms.

I have noticed the small worms that once occupied my lr have seemed to disappear but I never associated their disappearance to the snails. What is everyone else's experience and opinions in regards to the Nassarius Snails?

They are fun to watch during feeding time but if they are a danger to the reef I want to get rid of them now.
