ok well the blue tang is better now i have to treat the main tank so i got some no-ich on order because i have some ich on my lemon peel and my sailfin

If you read that link it states that some methods are iffy at removing it and the best way to do it is to keep the tank fishless for 6 weeks.

right but i have corals and bta's in the tank so i have to use no-ich

What do the corals have to do with leaving the tank with no fish? Ich doesn't affect corals but I'm sure the chemicals will probably stress them

ive had no probs with the no-ich and corals and i only have a 20gal qt tank thats way to small to put all the fish in there and i need to kill what ich is in the main tank or they will get it when i put them back in the main tank

I hear ya. I will say again that I have used kick ich and it killed my bta, but no-ich may be better.

ya i had heard that kick ich is not as good as no-ich and it is a water downed ver of no-ich. i have used no-ich and it had no probs with my corals and btas

The unfortanate truth to ick, is your DT must be fishless for 8 weeks to be certain you have gotten rid of MI.

It didnt tell me what i wanted to hear thats for sure, but i know i better change how i have been doing things if i ever want a true enjoyment from this crazy hoby...

Otherwise everytime i add a fish its a crap shoot and i just cringe when i see a spot.....

so its shopping time this wknd...
