Default SKINNY RED TAIL FILE FISH. Help!

Can someone tell me what would be a good diet or supplement for a fish that is so skinny you can see his bones. he is swimming and eating frozen food but I would like to get him fat fast. what would be the best food to give him?

I would suggest feeding him live food, maybe shrimp.
