Default just got a MOTHER BLENNY

i just brought home a MOTHER BLENNY. i have never seen or heard of one so when i saw it i figured why not..plus my sis in law got it for me and i wasnt about to say no. seems to be doing ok....nice tall fins..pretty blue spotted lower fins. he did the smart thing and buried himself in the crushed coral..all you see are its eyes and some of its tail...should be a nice addition to my tank.

man, i have been doing some surfing online looking for a "mother blenny", there is no such thing, i finally looked in the dragonets section because its face looks like a mandarins..well, i found it..its a finger dragonet. so here i am with a fish that shouldnt be in a 29gallon, so says some of the articles. i have had mandarins in the past but got them too early and they died. i know i finally have a nice selection of copepods and stuff for it to eat but not sure if i am gonna have enough to keep it alive...i might have to do a trade in or something....

I would take it back if you think it might die on you.

yeah...i know...what a bummer too, its quite and interesting fish to look at. catches peoples attention when they walk by with all those fins sticking up/down etc. i wonder what i could trade it in for...will probably get screwed over something harsh.
