 Clams... I recently moved my clam from the sand onto a rock so he could be closer to the light. just before I am going to bed, I looked over my tank to check if everything was okay. I have noticed that my clam is not in the same position that I had put him on the rock. So I guess my question is, Can clams move? or is it one of my pesky hermit crabs moving him around? oops, wrong section of the forums, hope no one gets mad!  |

 Re: Clams... Clams do move. Depending on how you place it, the clam will position itself so that it can attach by the byssal threads. Also, other animals can nudge it around. |

| Re: Clams... Clams move. Usually down wards... I have never seen any of mine go up.... Except Scallops but I assume were talking about maxs or somthing like that.
