Default BiColor Blenny has a friend

an attachment was seen this morning on my bi-color blenny. Near where he changes to orange there is a brown raised object looks to be about a centimeter long pretty thin. Only on one side of the fish and wasn't there the day before. The only thing that has changed is I added two new pieces of live rock. The object almost looks like a small sand flea. Has anyone ever heard of this!
Thanks,
Z

the friend was Argulus a fish lice. I removed the evil doer with tweezers. The blenny is rather lethargic and upset that I trapped him to perform surgery on him.

Hopefully he will make a full recovery.
