just recieved a new 55 gallon and i dont know what to do!i just really wanna see everyone elses 55 gallon tanks so i can get some ideas!

Sure! Here is my 55g tank running right around 3 years now, but really it has only been running the right way for around a year. The first 2 years was a constant struggle with water parameters and algae blooms and dead fish etc.

thanks. Unfortunately the tang is getting a wee big for the tank now. I will wither trade him into the lfs for another SMALL tang, or just for some coral or something. Most likely coral. possibly a mated pair of bangai cardinals

Here's are some shots of my 55 from a couple of days ago. It's been up about 1.5 years, and has coral, rock, and fish dating back 4 years from previous tanks. Running 2 - 250 watt metal halides, Euroreef RS-80 skimmer, and a closed loop powered by Quiet One 6000 and Ocean's Motion Super Squirt. Any questions, feel free to ask.
