Default New Frags..what you think?

I bought some xenia's and then was given the fox coral, the mushroom, and the ricordia. Im thinking of fragging the pulsing xenias since it has two decent sized stalks but Im gonna let it wait a few weeks since its new.

Nice I like my xenia but had to put it in the sand so it did not spred that fast. And I have started a shroom collection. Yours are very nice...

I agree nice pick ups I would hold off on the Xenia fragging until you get some more stalks of it. They grow like weeds so you should only need to wait like two weeks or so. I just reread your post and realize you said you were gonna wait lol. In that case good job *puts foot in mouth*

Not really a "rule" to when something is ready. I usually let my zoos spread and grow for about a month or two before I frag them. Mushrooms need to be a decent size before they can withstand being cut up. Xenia you usually it to have enough stalk so you can cut it about a third of the way up from the bottom and leave 1/3 to 1/4 of the stalk left on the rock. The anthellia you have will grow like a weed. You should see growth within the week. That stuff you can frag whenever, ust basically take the mat of the antehllia off the rock and witha razor blade cut the piece you detached from the main colony. super glue that piece to a piece of LR rubble and viola you have your first frag
