Default Green star polyp problems. Need Help?

I have these new green star polyps just picked them up yesterday and now they all are retracted and there is this smokey streaks coming out from them?

They arent happy. But without more info no way to tell.

Tanks size and age?
Other stock?
All equipment u use?
Do you test the water and there levels?

GSP does close up when introduced to a new tank alot of times, however the smokey stuff I have no idea. When mine closed up it took about three weeks to open fully back up and has been growing like crazy ever since. good luck

Ditto. They aren't happy with something either because of the move or with your tank. Please post some background info about your tank and a list of corals currently in your tank would be helpful.
