Hard to say as it all depends on lighting, flow, water params, feeding and so on...

Your frogspawn and hammer are going to grow slower than the star polyps as they are LPS corals and need their skeletons to form as they grow. The star polyps is an encrusting coral that when it gets going really takes off!

I have star polyps that expand at 1/4" a day!

I just got the star polyp. and I recommend it as well very hardy, people often have to trim them back
and they some times host

here is a vid contaning the star polyp and my fav. Pulsating Xenia
Groups of these stalks form Xenia colonies that can spread into large mats.

for your lps you can spot feed. i use a turkey baster and i turn all the pumps off. i use mysis. they have grown alot in about a month. there is a new head on my frogspawn and 2 new heads on my torch. i just saw a new head growing on my bubble coral.

for sps/lps i dose, calcium hydroxide, strontium, mag. they seem to like it i have a 1/4" of growth since i started dosing about 1 1/2 months ago.

i also use vitamin c, beta glucen, crushed garlic oil in my own fish food.

when i started with the vitamin c my zoa's all opened up fuller and even the the dead colony was coming back.

hope this helps
