can i keep all my soft corals under high wattage lighting(hard corals)????

why not? make sure to look up the lighting needs of the corals you buy, and you can use that ifno to properly place them in your tank.

high light demanding corals at the top
medium light at medium height
low light corals on the bottom.

I'm not sure what type of "high wattage lighting" you are asking about, but I have plenty of soft corals near the top of my tank under 250w MH and 140w VHOs and they do great. Most mushrooms don't like that much light so they don't expand as much as under lower light but everything else thrives. Just make sure that the corals start off lower in the tank and then gradually raise them over a couple weeks period so they can adjust to the high intensity light.
