that is REALLY neat. I love those corals, but I have had 2 different types and none survived, of course that was when I was a beginner and knew nothing.

I got a small frag from my LFS about 2 weeks ago. I had to glue them to some rocks after i got them home. That didnt work out so well. They kept gettin blown off their rock. The first time they blew off the rock it got sucked up in my Seio 2600. I thought they was pretty much the end of it right there. But I turned off the pump took it out of the tank and rescued the poor thing and reglued it. After the third time I finally put them inside a small tupperware and covered them with some bridal mesh. Now they are doing well and pulsing alot. I finally decided today that its time to take them out of the tupperware. I think Im gonna glue the whole rock to the side of my overflow so that they will grow up the side of it.

Mike : If you put the rock real close to you overflow where they touch it they will bond there self to it. Then you can move it again to a new spot and repeat it in a new spot. I have spread them to 5 deferent spots that way. You get more bang from you buck that way. If you want them to spread real fast you should dose Iodine weekly they love it.

Stace: Thanks for the complement on my Photobucket pic's and movies. I try to get pic's of every thing when I get them , that way I can tell if they are doing better and how much they grow. It is so easy to forget how they looked when you first got them. So far I have been pretty lucky I have only lost 1 feather duster 1 stalk of xenia and a rock with yellow polyps. The first two got killed when I first hooked up my wave maker. And the yellow polyps just never did any thing but shrink till they where gone. I will try them again I think I did not put them high enough in the tank where they would get more light and flow.
