Default Xenia Help

I bought a Piece of Xenia that was pretty stressed, by the time I acclimated it it had dropped a few of its polyps. It is just plain Xenia with the large stalk, and the polyps on the end of longer stems. It has been about 4 days now and it has dropped most of its stems. The top of the stalk is white and kinda raw looking but it still looks alive. Is this dying, are will the polyps grow back, is there anything I can do to help it. I moved it to a lower flow area. There are also 4 small pulsing Xenias on the same piece, and they are doing fine. So I don't want to just take it out. What should I do. Thanks Mickey!

I will try to post pics later.
