Default First coral, what to feed my kenya?

From what I understand, frozen mysis and reef plankton will work but, anyone find something that they really like and thrive on?

Thanks!

P.S. Also, it seems to like the low-medium flow, not the high flow like the internet states, anyone else find this to be true as well? I've had mine less than a day so, still keeping an eye on it....

Kenyas are photosynthetic. If you have an established tank (and good lighting) w/LR and/or a refugium you really shouldn't need to feed it. I don't feed mine anything and in a year it's tripled in size.
