Default Coral Falling Off

Im having a problem with my coral, such as my frogspawn, falling off the peice of rock they were attached to. They are not dead, they float to another area of the tank and just sit there...

Could it be the water?? Lighting??

Thanks

whats falling? Just the polyps that stick out or the entire coral. The entire coral with the branches should not float?

Just the live coral itself.. The polyp.

Its happening to my Torch and Frogspawn which are the only 2 that come out of branching pcs of rock.

I thought maybe it was happening because my clownfish host 1 of the torch corals and all 3 heads slowly started to come off the pc of rock they were attached to. I thought maybe it was mad the fish was all over it.. but now its happening to the frogspawn as well.

Most likely you are not providing enough supplement for the coral to create its flesh around the branch. Perhaps too much alkalinity? What are your parameters?

could be too much flow where it is placed, if there is too much, the flow can rip the fleshy part off the stalk...
