| This is our first meet. It will more less be a meet & greet, We will figure out how we want to handle things that have to with the club. Pretty much anything & everything, after this meet we will get into more of the discussing marine life, DIY work shops, and things such as that. If someone needs a sump built and brings the materials needed we could do that, tank drilling or general reef keeping could be other topics. I belive chicago & st louis both have good sized salt aquarium displays we could do group outings to things like that or do LFS road trips!! If there is something you want or need just let us know and we will see what we could do to help you out. I will put your hubby & you down as being there, I am not sure how long it will last, if you just have time to stop in and check everything out thats cool to.

| Thank you!! Really what I need is, more live rock which I am working on getting, I was planning on going up to Springfield today and spending about 40 bucks on LR ( I know that doesn't get me much at 7-8$/lb) but it is what I could spend, what I need more than that is how to understand exactly how to build my sump. I know I need a tank was looking at getting a 20-30-40 long, I know I need glass or acrylic and silicon but where do I get the glass and will they cut it for me? It is for a 55 and I have about 26" top to bottom to work with, 12" width, and about 47" length (because of the stand). I figured I'd go to the DIY section here at RB and get more help once I get the tank. |

| I would like to meet some folks on the 16th. I would feel more comfortable to meet a few of our group first before jumping into someone else's meeting. Plus I want those pretty zoa from Lowe lol. If any one has any ideas on a sump for me I would be thankful. I have a 180 main tank with a 30 gal sump. I really want to do mangroves but the 30 just dosent fit right in the stand for it . it is too tall and really hard to work on. I need something about 16 inches tall 16 inches wide and 4 feet long. Preferably clear. thanks for the thoughts |
