Default Anemone Hurting Bottlebrush

My anemone has moved up in my tank and now appears to by attacking my green bottlebrush coral. The parts that the tips were touching started turning white. I am going to try to return that stalk of anemone (because I have 4 now) for store credit at my LFS. For now I placed a square piece of plastic over the tentacles so they couldn't touch the bottlebrush. AHH!

Peace, Poppinthekap

Try forcing the anemone to move by placing a power head close to it and forcing the flow directly at it. I should pick up and move away from the powerhead and your bottlebrush as well.

Thanks, that's a good idea. Although I think I am going to take back that stalk of anemone back to my LFS for store credit. My anemone splits pretty often so I bring back some when it begins to get out of control.

Peace, Poppinthekap

Okay I brought it back, 2 days ago, I tore the foot a little but I think it will still be alright at the store.

On the other hand, the parts where the anemone touched on the bottlebrush have now turned completely white, which is bad news.
