I was under the impression that Brian didn't actually enter his tank into the contest since he said "I'd enter my tank but I'm taking it down in a few days." As much as he really wowwed me with that tank of his, can someone actually point me to where he entered. It will influence my vote!

I voted and would LOVE to be in a TOTM vote at some point...as soon as I get a tank...and it's up for what 6 months...uggh..long way to go...but then again patience is a virtue and that dosen't mean I can't share some pics with you guys, when I get er up and running.

Your next Nomination will have to be in November! I hate to curb your enthusiasm but it's my job. Your tank is looking good Elliott I can tell you are putting a lot of effort into your tank. It's cool to see how you have changed it over the last few months! I am very grateful to have you participate

yeah, I know. When I first started the tank, I did everything wrong. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. but now in the past few month is when I saw the light.

I started with a canister filter that was cleaned once a year, and water changes every 2-3 weeks. WAY overfeeding, and no RO water. And almost no flow in the tank. Needless to say there was a horrible algae problem and not a lot of coral growth.

BUT, since I have added the sump and got another 130watts and got RO water, and 43x turnover, there is a world of different.

I just wish I had known about this site when it first came out!
