You have a nice tank. Someday it could grow into a great tank. There are others in TOTM this month that are ahead of you in the development of their tank. Thats not a bad thing. This friendly competition is all about enjoying others accomplishments. Its all subjective.

One other thing: I might vote for a tank/individual not based entirely on the tank. Some people have obstacles to overcome that can range from personal issues to bryopsis and still hang in there and make a good show of it even though their tank is not up to your standards. Sometimes its not where you are but how far you have come.

Hows that Ryan? I remained calm. Quite diplomatic...dont you think?

For example, Januarys TOTM was really interesting to watch were the votes went. There were two tanks that got the majority of the votes based on the DT appearence( I would assume thats why they got the votes). This month just seems a little different to me.
Might I be so bold to say also that I think there should be only two tanks recieving the majority of the votes this month. The other tanks to me just don't seem to be up there.

The ONLY thing your tank has going for you is aquascaping of the rockwork, thats impressive, but not enough to warrant a vote just on that alone. Dont get me wrong, you have by the best looking aquscaping Ive ever seen on here, but your choice of fish and coral does nothing for me which is what most people base their vote on. IMO, its just not "tank of the month" quality. Im not saying the other are by any stretch of it.

Just dont go putting your foot in your mouth when you think your tank is better then everybody elses cause overall, it is not.

I think all of the tanks look great.One of my favorite things about this hobby is if you give 10 people the exact same tanks,rock,sand,livestock and live rock you will get 10 complete different
setups.Mr. Tang you sound like a spoiled child.

Both ur tank and the tank that's in the lead are extremly nice.
Both look healthy and all, I hate to see you lose only because of getting mad and if you aren't you are being kind of rude saying we have bad taste. If u think of what taste is you will see taste is a personal choose. Just because you don't like it dosen't mean It's bad. It's just not yours. If we thought other tastes then our own suck it would be a very boring world with only 1 or 2 colors depending on who has the power. I hope that day never comes, personally

the following isn't about any of the other tanks. I'm not saying any of the tanks lack caves or have upset fish, it's just a thought
If I was a fish I think I'd love that cave like area in the leading tank.
I have fake plants in my tank in one corner. It would look better with out them but the clown loves them and i can't afford any rock right now. I think this hobby has a lot too do with making the fish feel safe and at home

dude, chill. I think every tank looks good in its own way, you make me want to put my tank on here just to piss you off. I think its time for me to find another site, what tha' hell is your problem. DAMN!.........I have had a FOWLR for over 10 years, and I have so many questions, just started my reef build, its just good to know that you are perfect in every way.
