Default muscles?

i got some muscles from the ocean as i was just there today and i figured why not while im here but i'm not sure if they are ok for a tank(i would probly put them in my refugium)... i figured i would keep them in a bucket to "cure" for a while and maybe get any pollutants off them???? is this ok and has anyone else put them in???

If you keep them in the bucket for a few days and do a series of water changes to get the pollutants out of them, its possible you could try them in your refugium, I'd study up on them more though...

No I think she was talking about the clams that are wild close to the shore actually filter the water and pull the pollutants into them.. making them possibly polluted.
