 Clam thats not expanding? I bought a maxima several weeks ago from my LFS. The maxima looked great in the store, but it wont expand to the normal extent. Its under a 250 metal halide about one third of the way up off the bottom of a thirty gal tank. The tank has been running for some time, the temp is 78, and the sal is 1.023 ppm. I have other soft corals that I dose every other night with phyto and zoo plex. Thanks guys

| Re: Clam thats not expanding? is its anchor down, does it have flow, do you have any "pickers" in the tank, is it next to corals(and if so what type)? clams are kinda tricky sometimes
