Default vho's and zoo's

can zoos thrieve under vhos. i have 4 140's can anyone tell me if i can expect to have any success. which ones are the most hardy. water movement lighting food etc?

you can have them under vhos. most of them are easy to keep. just start out with the not so exp ones. also do not keep them too deep in the tank.

tank is so far 6 almost 7 months mature

Without knowing the exact size of your tank its hard to answer.As long as it isnt over 120 gallons and 24 inch's deep you should be able to keep juat about anything you want.

I always start adding my zoos at the bottom of the tank and slowly move them up. Therefor they dont get shocked from the light.

I've had several types of duller (brown, dark green, etc) colored zoos do well 20" deep under 2x140w VHOs. Typically, the brighter colored the zoos, the more light they want.
