All Elos aquariums distributed in USA will now be made with low iron glass, only. Low iron glass is also called starphire. If you happen to have the urge to get your ugly standard glass going on then elos of course can speical order you a standard glass aquarium. But why would you want to? Elos does have a few of these standard glass aquariums in stock, either contact your LFS that sells elos products or you can contact elos directly.

Update: Well, apparently they didn’t do low iron glass on all four panels, as only the front panel is low iron glass on the Elos System Mini Perhaps a cost issue? Thanks for the tip Jason!
