Euro Reef likes direct-to-customer model, adopts it

It seems Euro Reef apprently likes to sell to customers directly and is offering most if not all their products directly to the customer. Our only question is whether or not this benefits the customer any and how are the other chanel partners dealing with the news? Also for the record we are still patiently awaiting the euro reef hang on back skimmer to arrive.






















For clarification:
1.We sell to distributors who supply the retailers.
2. We sell to retailers who do not buy from Distributors.
3. We sell direct (for the same price as do retailers!) if the end user chooses to do so.
4. We DO NOT sell to on-line businesses in order to protect the retailer from this competition….if the mam&pop shops disappear, so will the hobby!
5. We also sell parts to legit users because most shops will not stock parts.
6. We also spend lots of time helping and educating because most shops are not able to. As a manufacturer, this is an overhead we could do without but given the current circumstances, there is no choice.
