We caught this guy’s big brother a while back and although you most likely won’t see this in either the UK or the US it still deserves to be mentioned among saltwater aquarists. The protein skimmer which is powered by an Eheim compact pump sips electricty by only using 14 watts. This IS 500 model is perfect for aquariums up to 250 liters (66 gallons) and stands at 480mm (18.89 inches). If your fortnuate enough to live in Germany this can be yours for a meager 139 euros ($177).
