While your most likely sitting at home watching the games this afternoon we forgot to mention that the Vertex Zeovit reactor has hit US shores. The reactor comes in two flavors 1.5 liters (.39 gallons) and 3.0 liters (.79 gallons). You’ll find similar features of other zeovit reactors such as the reactor stirring handle and recirculation pump. We aren’t sure which pump these reactors use but we would wager a bet that they would be Eheim pumps coming from Germany. The larger reactor has a retail of about $185, and the smaller is coming in at around $140. Finding Vertex from just any retailer won’t be easy, only the specialty reef stores will be stocking this marine brand.

This is an “AWESOME” skimmer. I have the 100, it replaced a ASM G2 skimmer, and let me say this, THIS SKIMMER ROCKS! When it’s time for me to upgrade to a bigger tank, I will stick with VerTex. PLAIN AND SIMPLE
