It’s something we kept quiet until we knew that we could do it properly. Creating the PDF version last year was a step in that direction as print-on-demand publishers require a PDF of the content for printing. It was my hope that if we could repeatedly make a nice looking PDF version that we someday be able to create a nice printed version for our readers. I experimented with a LOT of different ways of making some sort of AA print publication possible as we had just too many requests to ignore. The book form using CreateSpace was by far the cheapest option for both us as a magazine and for readers purchasing the item. Lulu.com was probably $15/book more and MagCloud.com was also pretty expensive per issue (far less expensive to buy the book than buy each month per issue as a print magazine). We hope that you enjoy it!
