Zoo2 released a new copod mix, injecting thousands if not millions of Tigriopus califonicus copepod in one new batch of product. These guys “are a large copepod best suited as a direct feed item. Perfect for feeding mandarin gobies, pipefish, and some species of anthias. They swim with a distinctive “jerky” movement that makes them nearly irresistible to most zooplanktivores. They will reproduce in a reef tank or refugium at first, but the population will wane over time because this is primarily a coldwater species.” You’ll be able to pick it up at all the usual places for around $20

The 8oz container probably contains one to two thousand Tigriopus copepods at the most.
