teco-tr60-seachill

It has taken some time for Teco US to get one of their largest chillers to land here in the United States. We originally spied this model at Macna and we are happy to report that these have landed in the United States. The TR60 is a beast of a chiller and it will easily handle aquariums up to 1300 gallons, with its 1HP refrigeration unit. It uses 980 watts to power while 4.5 -13.5 gpm should be ran through the unit. Retail is hitting at $2,167.99 and it does allow you to install the UV and heater kit which is a very popular addition to the Teco chiller series. Also included is the standard 2 year warranty. These are shipping now.

Update: GPH changed to GPM…thanks Scott!

I saw the entire TECO line at MACNA also. Was very impressed with the looks and design of all the units. I especially liked the fact that all but the smallest unit could be fitted with a heater and UV light also as an upgrade. The smaller units are modern looking with plastic housings. They looked good and well thought out.
