New aquarium lighting company Wave Point Technology is set to release it’s new premium T5 product line which will undoubtedly raise the feature list for higher quality fixtures, industry wide. Upon release the Wave Point product line will include 4-bulb fixtures and retrofit kits and a 6 colored rainbow of new T5 bulbs. The Wave point lighting units are unique in bringing design changes with a strong emphasis on durability and safety. All fixtures will include a UL-listed gcfi plug, water resistant endcaps, a near completely sealed fixture which will be quiet and fanless and they will have 14-angle individual parabolic reflectors for each bulb. The fixtures will be coming to market soon and we’ll follow up on these lights once we have some pricing.

    I’ve seen these a a few PetCo stores. It seems like they’re not a all stores, but I was in the Carmel Mountain store in SD and they have these. Pretty nice fixture, SUPER bright. Think I’m gonna buy the 36″ for my reef.

    these lights are nice. i bought my 24 in at petco. the lights are bright, and im about to set them up. its for sale at burbank petco for $199.99
