What isn’t to like about liquid nitrogen? Besides looking cool, this machine was orginally designed to make instant ice cream in small batches for the rich. This amazing device could have some uses in the aquarium indsustry although not wide stream. Powered by  liquid nitrogen  it will freeze liquids you desire frozen by way of a patented process and while this machine could give our average hobbyist complete bragging rights, we doubt anyone would be crazy enough to try their hands at it. The entry price of only $16,000 will prevent the vast majority of us from ever trying it. For the rest, we can dream can’t we?
