15 feet below the Indian ocean is a full service restaurant that serves delightful food to happy guests watching the ocean wonder that is all around them. The restaurant which started back in 2004 is part of the Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa allowing guests dining at the restaurant 270 degree views of the ocean. The eatery servers up “contemporary Maldivian” cusine which does include some types of fish. If your hoping to book a reservation at Ithaa restaurant then you might want to call ahead,  way ahead, as only 14 guests are seated at one time and tables are usually booked for months in advance.
