We admit it. There is a massive amount of different salts on the market in which to pick from…and with all these options we were debating which salt is used the most among reef hobbyists. Is it the new salt on the market or the ye ole Instant Ocean or Reef Crystals? We encourage you to vote down below and pass this post on to anyone else who has a reef tank. Well? What salt do you use?

I use Get tanked Organic Zeo Salt. The main difference is it has no anti-caulking agents and the alk is at 7.5 and Ca is at 410. Most other salts have high alk and with zeo its hard to use others except Reefers Best.
