The new Dimmable Powerbar from GHL/Profilux works with the popular Profilux Controller via 0-10v port. It manipulates and regulates power for AC devices. Of those devices it manipulates most users use the powerbar for dimming T5 lighting arrays and 24w, 39w, 54w, and 80w will be controllable. GHL is advising that for users who would like dimmable capabitles that the Phillips Advanced Mark 10 series which can dim from 1%-100% via T5 but Sylvania produces dimmable ballasts as well. The Dimmable Powerbar retails for $174 and most dealers should stock this item and it will easily intergrate with your Profilux system.

The GHL dimmable powerbar unit now brings dimmable functionlaity into the hands of all reefers that employ the use of the GHl profiLux controllers, dimmable lighting is now easily available for all in the 110V market area, something that in Europe has been taken for granted for some time now.
This could be huge. I used to run The Solar 1000 dimmable VHO lights. This could create for some interesting competition between T5 and LED.
Seems like a waste of the already limited L ports on the profilux.
The ReefKeeper is Far better and has far more capibilities.
and you just use the Standard Sylvinia 0-10 v ballast.
