Marine Depot, the popular destination for all things marine and reef has announced a deal, that if the Los Angeles lakers win the NBA championship which would mean defeating the Orlando magic that they will give us a deal. What is this deal? 33% off all AquaMaxx aquarium bulbs, which you can read more about below.

It may come as no surprise since we are a Southern California-based company but the MarineDepot.com staff are huge Los Angeles Lakers fans. We couldn’t be happier that our hometown heroes made it to the NBA finals this season! In the spirit of the season—the post-season, that is—we wanted to make a promise to all you aquarium hobbyists/basketball fans out there: if our Lakers beat the Orlando Magic to win the championship, we’re going to celebrate by reducing the prices off ALL AquaMaxx aquarium light bulbs by 33%.     Great promotion. Now that I know MD supports the Lakers, I don’t think I will ever order from them again. BTW MD has already run the exact same discount on these bulbs.

    Gene – spoken like a true sports fan!!! Yes we have ran this deal before, our customers keep asking for it again so we figure we would give it out and support our team.

    Other manufacturers are getting in on the spirit as well. Today we’re adding the aquascape Aquarium epoxy at 33% off also. More should come. If you have any suggestions let us know and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
