Tomorrow has turned into today. And with that, the Vortech MP 10 have begun shipping to retailers across the country. In case you’ve been on the otherside of the planet in a cave away from our coverage of Ecotech Marine’s newest Vortech pump you can check out our previous coverage along with the mp 10 review. If you pre ordered the little pump you should expect it in the next 2-3 weeks depending on how fast your retailer can turn the orders around. You can read official verbage from Tim Marks from Ecotech Marine down below the break. Has anyone pre-ordered one?

We are thrilled to announce that the MP10 begins shipping tomorrow!

The demand has been overwhelming and we thank our loyal EcoTech Marine customers and fans for making this new product launch more successful than we could have imagined.

Our primary concern is creating a high-quality product and we are producing MP10’s as fast as we can without sacrificing quality. The first batch of units will be shipped out tomorrow and should arrive at your retailers soon.

Possessing the smallest in-tank footprint while providing unmatched broad flow sets the MP10 apart and makes it a must-have for nano-reef enthusiasts around the world, and we thank you for your orders. We know that waiting has not been the easiest but the MP10 has gone through rigorous testing and it will be the premium pump that you demand.

Thank you for your interest in EcoTech Marine. We appreciate your patience and if you have pre-ordered, know that you will receive your brand-new MP10 in the near future.

This pump, at worst, will be an incredible benefit to the world of small tanks. Most likely, it will help hobbyists/scientists/researchers to create far more complex systems. At best, this pump could actually create some dramatic effects in a world of dynamic complexity. Don’t be surprised if 10 years from now our nano tanks are revolutionized by these pumps.

Adam, it’s still just a pump dood. The pump is nice and a good price but it won’t be the harbinger of cold fusion or anything like that.

Cold fusion? No, not the MP10, but we’re always working on the next big thing ;)

Wonder when the winners get theres.. I really can wait to replace my tunze nano sream with this unit.

I think this is actually huge for a nano… Getting the heat out of the water for me is big. Temp control is a hard thing on a small tank and removing any of the heat to the outside of the aquarium is a good thing. Plus the smaller foot print on the inside is a big deal for me too on my nano’s. I am not knocking tunze, it has been a good pump but I think this is a big step in the right direction.
