lunar-pod

Digital Aquatics has released their Lunar Pods, which are moonlight systems that integrate into their newer controllers (the Reef Keeper Lite and Elite). They come in either white, or blue with a red color that is supposedly coming soon. To operate these new Lunar Pods you’ll need to own either a RKM-MLC or RKM-ALC module. Each Lunar pod retails for $10 each by the end of September.

It will be nice for night viewing. When trying to catch/find critter that otherwise hide from the light.

Ah ok, red. I know that doesn't affect our (humans) night vision, I'm curious if the same applies to sea creatures, who knows maybe they can't see red at all.

Although I dunno know how much covert night time catching I'll be attempting :D

I have the blues and they are great.

The reds are good since the sea life really does
not see red so you can use them for night viewing.
